That is, I didn't have to concentrate so much on the act of movement, but rather on simply on thought of movement. The slight pain in my feet and shoulders at first distracted me from concentration, but later it seemed to enhance the exercise because it allowed me to realize how I could overcome the pain just by wishing it away. Afterwards, I wanted to continue the slow movements since they felt more natural and came easier to me than before. I felt a warmth all throughout my body that I have not felt before.
